Unlike schools that cook their own food onsite by employees and often times with unsanitary practices, Castle Montessori caters in their snacks and lunches daily from a highly reputable catering company which has over 20 years of school catering experience. To meet the diverse needs of our children, parents have the option to choose between a vegetarian menu and a non-vegetarian menu. With an emphasis on “Freshness, Variety, and Good Nutrition”, food is prepared in facilities that are USDA and HACCP compliant. HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points) is a preventative food safety system in which every step in the manufacture, storage, and distribution of food products is scientifically analyzed for microbiological, physical and chemical hazards.
