At each Castle Montessori school, all Primary Directresses are required to be AMS, AMI, or MACTE certified and experienced in delivering an Authentic (Classical) Montessori education for each child. This AMS/AMI/MACTE certification requirement exemplifies our uncompromising commitment providing the very best education the children we serve. At each of our schools you will find each teacher’s certificate proudly displayed in the hallway outside their classroom.
Our Directresses are recruited not just locally but from across the U.S. and internationally. Each of our educators are carefully screened to ensure they meet the highest education standards. Our recruitment/selection process for each Directress is comprised of a multi-stage interview process whereby each candidate undergoes a thorough analysis by staff members, the Director, and the Management. We expect our Directresses to be properly credentialed and demonstrate their knowledge and experience of Montessori principals, philosophies, and techniques. Additionally, we require each Directress to be able to communicate fluently and engage effectively with children, parents, staff, and management.
